Financial Advisor – Steven Sprague Jr. has over 20 years of financial planning, insurance, risk management, marketing, and sales and business management experience. He has developed curriculums and grants, written and published 24 articles, and provided thousands of hours of technical, sales, and medical training. Steve has been a sales and production leader for multiple years and a member of the Million Dollar Round Table. He was actively involved with Rotary International for over 14 years, serving as fine master, and a received the Paul Harris Fellow Award.
Steve attended the University of California at Davis, where he played football while obtaining degrees in English and Psychology, all while he and his wife, also a full-time student, were raising their children. He spent many years as a Scottish games athlete and continues to be a fitness enthusiast. As a hobby, Steve can occasionally be seen performing stand-up comedy.
In concurrence with being a financial advisor, Steve has 18 years of fire and emergency medical experience. Unable to continue as a professional firefighter, Steve relishes the opportunity to continue to help protect the lives, families, and financial futures of his clients. He was heavily involved in all aspects of his children’s lives — acting as their sports coach, room-dad minivan driver, and loud cheerleader. He is extremely proud of the adults they have become. His daughter has recently completed her PhD, and his son has just finished his bachelor’s degree; family is extremely important to him. After many years of responding to medical emergencies, he has seen first-hand the necessity for taking the time to protect your loved ones and plan ahead.
