I was born and raised in Illinois. I served in the U. S. Army from 1968 to 1970. After military service, I returned to school and graduated from Southern Illinois University. In 1975, I moved to California to finish graduate school, but discovered the financial services business to be more appealing. I have worked with and for some large insurance companies and financial institutions. In 1996, I decided to become an independent advisor and I have had my own practice ever since. I love God, family, and the United States of America. I enjoy tennis, fly fishing, and biking. My wife Robin also I enjoy hiking together and traveling. My mission is to help clients achieve a healthy and comfortable retirement.
