Derek started out in the financial services industry working for his brother at age 19 and has now been in the industry for over a decade. Derek earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida. He holds multiple insurance licenses in various states throughout the nation. In addition, he earned the Certified Long Term Care (CLTC) professional designation in 2009.
